Understanding the Die Casting Process

A good friend Stevan Prasetyono recently sent me this "Fish Bone" chart that he had constructed for PT Wilisindomas indahmakmur company in Indonesia. It provides a very detailed overview of the processes that are involved and that influence the final outcome in the aluminium die casting process.
